Terms of Use

Agreement and accounts

These terms are an agreement between you and Radius Hydro Consulting (Pty) Ltd, a South African company, registration number 2020/184946/07 ("InnerEdge", "we"), for the InnerEdge app and inneredge.io. By using InnerEdge you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

• Age: you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
• Accounts: you can sign in with your email and a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account: an account and its subscription are for your personal use.

Not financial or medical advice

InnerEdge is self-reflection and performance coaching. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and it is not a medical or mental health service.

• InnerEdge never tells you what, when or how much to trade. Every trading decision, and every gain or loss, is yours.
• Trading carries a high risk of losing money. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
• AI coaching plans are generated automatically by an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you. Use your own judgment.
• The trading light, insights and Levels are based only on what you enter. They are prompts for reflection, not predictions.
• If you feel hopeless, out of control or have thoughts of harming yourself, stop trading and contact someone you trust, a medical professional or a local emergency number.

InnerEdge Pro subscriptions

InnerEdge is free to use. InnerEdge Pro adds Evaluate (all 40 skills at any time), AI coaching plans, History and the weekly reveal, and cloud backup.

Prices in other countries are set in local currency by the App Store or Google Play and shown before you buy.

• Payment: charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancelling: manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases.
• Price changes: we will tell you before a new price applies to you, and the store will ask for your consent where the law or store rules require it.
• Free plan: free accounts get one AI coaching plan. Features in each plan may change; we will not remove a paid feature during a period you have already paid for.

Fair use

To keep InnerEdge fair and affordable, you agree not to:

• share your account or subscription with other people, or resell access to InnerEdge;
• create multiple accounts to get extra free coaching plans;
• get around plan limits (currently, a coaching plan stays active for 7 days unless you re-rate 3 of its skills, and Pro includes up to 6 plans a month);
• copy, reverse engineer or scrape the app, its content or its AI features, or use them to build a competing product;
• use InnerEdge for anything unlawful, or to harm or harass others;
• interfere with or overload our systems.

We may adjust fair-use limits to protect the service. If you break these terms, we may limit or suspend your account, after telling you where reasonable.

Your content and ours

• Your entries are yours. Your ratings, check-ins, notes and coaching plans belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run InnerEdge for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• The app is ours. The InnerEdge name and logo, the 13 Levels, the 40 skills and their answers, the app's design and code are owned by Radius Hydro Consulting (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app while these terms apply.
• Feedback: if you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

Changes and ending

• Availability: we work to keep InnerEdge running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or an outage at a provider.
• Changes to the app: we may add, change or remove features over time.
• Changes to these terms: if we make a meaningful change, we will tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use InnerEdge after that means you accept the new terms.
• Ending: you can stop using InnerEdge at any time and delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete my account. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability) survive.

Disclaimers and liability

• As is: InnerEdge is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will improve your trading results or meet your needs.
• No liability for trading losses: we are not responsible for any trading or investment decision you make or any loss you incur, whether or not you used InnerEdge or its coaching.
• Limit: to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for InnerEdge in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if that is more.
• Indemnity: if you misuse InnerEdge or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.
• Your legal rights: nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

App stores, law and contact

If you downloaded InnerEdge from Apple's App Store:

• these terms are between you and Radius Hydro Consulting (Pty) Ltd, not Apple, and we, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
• if the app fails to meet a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of its purchase price; otherwise Apple has no warranty obligation;
• we, not Apple, handle any claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property;
• you confirm you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

If you downloaded InnerEdge from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply to your purchase.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction, without removing protections you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live, including South Africa's Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
