Delete your InnerEdge account
You can delete your account and its data at any time.
In the app (instant)
- Open InnerEdge and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
This permanently removes your sign-in, your cloud backup and your subscription record from our database straight away. Data stored only on your phone stays until you tap Settings → Clear all data or delete the app.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email privacy@inneredge.io from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account and its cloud data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first.
